Delivery Costs

Delivery is free for all orders with no minimum purchase, whether delivered to a store or your home.

Delivery Times

Colissimo: Delivery within 2 to 3 business days.

Mondial Relay: Delivery within 2 to 5 business days.

Holding Time at a Pickup Point: 5 days

Delivery times may be extended up to 12 days during our special sales (sales, Black Friday, outlet sales, etc.) or for the shipment of items listed on our website as "web exclusives".

Different payment methods are available on our website, The Kooples:

1. Visa / MasterCard / CB
2. American Express
3. Apple Pay
4. PayPal: you can choose to pay in 4 interest-free installments by selecting “PayPal” at checkout and creating or logging in to your PayPal account.
5. Klarna: you can choose to pay in 3 interest-free installments by selecting “Klarna – Pay in 3” at checkout and creating or logging in to your Klarna account.

We will send you an email with a tracking link as soon as the package has left our warehouse.

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.

Items must be new, unworn, with all accessories, in their original packaging, and with tags attached.

Bags and leather goods must be returned with their dust bag.

You must return the items in the same country/region where the purchase was made.

The return label is valid for 14 days only. After this period, the carrier will not accept your package.

Returns by post will be refunded within 14 business days from the date the parcel is received at our warehouse.

Our payment service partner Klarna offers a 3 interest-free installment payment option by debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Visa Electron), available on all our products except personalized items, provided that the purchase amount is between €35 and €1,500. E-cards and American Express cards are not accepted.

To use this option, simply:

1. Select Klarna’s interest-free installment payment method when paying for your order on our website;
2. Complete the required information in the form displayed to log in to your Klarna account;
3. Accept Klarna’s installment payment terms and conditions without reservation;
4. Confirm your order.

You will then receive an order confirmation email from The Kooples as well as an email from Klarna confirming the approval of the installment payment.

Only items that are actually shipped will determine the amount of each installment.

If items are shipped in several parcels, the installment amounts will be recalculated with each shipment.
